How will I get refunded?
Refunds will only be made by the original payment method.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

Defective/Damaged Product
Customers have 30 days from delivery to notify us if your product/s are defective/damaged upon receipt of the items. Photographic evidence of the product defect or damage is required. Please send us a message or email us at sales@wahairsuppliers.com.auand we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or full refund.

 Returns
Returns are eligible for 30 days from delivery for all product/s. Please send us a message or email us at sales@wahairsuppliers.com.au if you would like to return your product/s for a refund.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Brand new condition

We cannot offer refunds for products that have been used, worn or washed unless identified as having a manufacturing fault which will be determined by us upon return.

All items will be inspected on return.

We do not offer refunds on products where the packaging has been damaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 Restocking fee
By purchasing from our online store, you agree to pay a restocking fee 5% that will be deducted if you choose a refund. If choosing a store credit, this fee will be waived.

Cancellation on Orders
In the event you wish to cancel your order, you MUST contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. 
Be advised that any cancellations requested after 2 hours of completion of purchase may be too late to cancel if the shipping/processing time has been initiated.

Amendments to Orders
If you wish to amend an order, you MUST contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. All efforts will be made to accommodate your request however it may not be possible if shipping/processing has been initiated.

Items not accepted for returns
We do not accept capes, aprons, and opened disposable neck rolls to be returned due to hygiene reasons.
