Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We accept ALL major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zip Pay andĀ  Shop Pay

How will I get refunded?

Any refunds will be madeĀ either in store credit or the same way as you originally paid and will be processed back to the original card-holder details. You will be informed via the registered email address when this transaction is completed. You should receive your refund within 5 business days when we have received your purchase back. No online returns or exchanges are offered at any one of our physical stores.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Defective/Damaged Product
Customers have 30 days from delivery to notify us if yourĀ product/s are defective/damaged upon receipt of the items.Ā Photographic evidence of the product defect or damage is required.Ā Please send us aĀ messageĀ or email us atĀ sales@wahairsuppliers.com.auand we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or full refund.

Returns
Returns are eligible for 30 days from delivery for all product/s.Ā Please send us aĀ messageĀ or email us atĀ sales@wahairsuppliers.com.auĀ if you would like to return your product/s for a refund ONLY FOR DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED products.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

Change of mindĀ returns are not accepted at WA Hair Suppliers. Please select your product carefully as we will not be refunding or giving store credit for change of mind returns that have been used and or not suitable for your hair.

Brand new condition

We cannot offer refunds for products that have been used, worn or washed unless identified as having a manufacturing fault which will be determined by us upon return.

All items will be inspected on return.

We do not offer refunds on products where the packaging has been damaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.Ā

Restocking fee
By purchasing from our online store, you agree to pay a restocking fee 5% that will be deducted if you choose a refund. If choosing a store credit, this fee will be waived.

Cancellation on Orders
In the event you wish toĀ cancelĀ your order, youĀ MUSTĀ contact usĀ within 2 hoursĀ ofĀ placing the order.Ā 
Be advised that any cancellations requested after 2 hours of completion of purchase may be too late to cancel if the shipping/processing time has been initiated.

Amendments to Orders
If you wish to amend an order, youĀ MUSTĀ contact usĀ within 2 hoursĀ of placing the order.Ā All efforts will be made to accommodate your request however it may not be possible if shipping/processing has been initiated.Ā

Items not accepted for returns
We do not accept capes, aprons, and opened disposable neck rolls to be returned due to hygiene reasons.
